- Spread bread with the dressing. Top 4 slices with sauerkraut, Swiss cheese, and pastrami.Top with the remaining rye bread. Spread softened margarine on the sandwiches.
- Grill the sandwiches on both sides on a skillet until browned, and cheese is melted. Serve and enjoy your Reuben Sandwich!
