  1. Preheat oven to 350° F (175° C). Grease two loaf pans.
  2. In a bowl of a mixer, combine yellow cake mix, oil, eggs, sour cream, lemon pudding mix, milk, and 6 tbsps juice. Using a mixer, beat for about 2 min. Pour the mixture into two loaf pans. Bake for about 50 min (use a toothpick to test for doneness). Let the bread cool in the loaf pans for about 20 minutes. Then, allow to cool on a wire rack. 
  3. In a bowl, mix confectioners' sugar and 3 tbsps juice until smooth. Carefully pour over the bread. Let set (about half an hour). Serve. Enjoy your Lemon Bread!
