Chicken thighs and drumsticks
4 cloves, crushed
Tender Chicken Legs
- Heat the oven to 425° F/220° C/Gas Mark 7.
- Add chicken and all the other ingredients to a large bowl and toss to coat.
- Wrap with a plastic wrap and keep in the fridge for 20 to 30 minutes.
- Place the chicken in a baking sheet on cookie rack.
- Bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until the legs are crispy golden brown.
- Serve with mashed potatoes or salad.
