DIRECTIONS
  1. Heat the oven to 425° F/220° C/Gas Mark 7.
  2. Add chicken and all the other ingredients to a large bowl and toss to coat.
  3. Wrap with a plastic wrap and keep in the fridge for 20 to 30 minutes.
  4. Place the chicken in a baking sheet on cookie rack.
  5. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until the legs are crispy golden brown.
  6. Serve with mashed potatoes or salad.
