DIRECTIONS
  1. In a bowl, whisk together sugar, soy sauce, juice, water, vegetable oil, and garlic. Add beef slices. Stir to coat. Cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 24 hours. 
  2. Thread beef slices onto the bamboo skewers.
  3. Preheat the grill for medium heat. Prepare the grate by oiling it.
  4. Cook for 3 minutes per side, until cooked through. Serve and enjoy your Teriyaki Beef!
