DIRECTIONS
- In a bowl, whisk together sugar, soy sauce, juice, water, vegetable oil, and garlic. Add beef slices. Stir to coat. Cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 24 hours.
- Thread beef slices onto the bamboo skewers.
- Preheat the grill for medium heat. Prepare the grate by oiling it.
- Cook for 3 minutes per side, until cooked through. Serve and enjoy your Teriyaki Beef!
