DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat the oven to 425° F (210° C/Gas mark 7). 
  2. Place the sweet potatoes on a baking sheet. Prick them all over with a fork. 
  3. Bake in the preheated oven for 50 minutes, or until tender.
  4. Then, allow the sweet potatoes to cool. Split the sweet potatoes open. Top with a pat of butter. Season with salt and ground black pepper to taste. Serve and enjoy your Baked Sweet Potatoes!
