  1. Heat olive oil in a pot over medium. Add chopped onion. Cook for 5 minutes, or until soft. Add minced garlic. Cook until fragrant. Add tomato paste. Stir well. Add beef. Stir and cook until the meat is no longer pink. Drain. Return the beef to the pot. 
  2. Add chili, oregano, cumin, cayenne pepper, and paprika. Season with salt and ground black pepper to taste. Add beans. Add crushed tomatoes. Bring to a boil. Then, reduce heat. Simmer for 20 minutes. Top with shredded Cheddar cheese before serving. Enjoy your Easy Chili!
