  1. Preheat oven to 400° F (200° C). Prepare a 9x13-inch baking dish using cooking spray. 
  2. Place the fillets in the dish. Mix wine, mustard, garlic, lemon juice, dill, and seasoning in a bowl. Spread the mixture over fish. 
  3. Bake until fillets flake easily (about 10 minutes). Serve. Enjoy your Trout Bake!
