DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat the oven to 350° F (180° C/Gas mark 4). Combine turkey, bread crumbs, grated cheese, egg, chopped onion, minced garlic, chopped chives, milk, and chopped parsley. Next, season with salt and ground black pepper to taste. Form into meatballs. 
  2. Melt butter and oil in a skillet over medium. Sear the turkey meatballs for 4 minutes, or until golden. Add broth. Cover. Simmer for 5 minutes, or until cooked through. Serve and enjoy your Turkey Meatballs!
