DIRECTIONS
  1. Prepare the peeled garlic clove and rub it around a wooden salad bowl.
  2. Chop the bread into bite-size pieces or just pull it apart.
  3. Combine all the remaining ingredients but olive oil and balsamic vinegar in a salad bowl, stir, add oil and vinegar to coat lightly, toss, and serve.
