DIRECTIONS
  1. Place milk powder in a bowl. Add heavy cream. Whip until stiff peaks appear. 
  2. Fill a glass with ice. Fill 3/4 full with milk. Spoon the whipped mixture over the milk. Serve and enjoy your Easy Whipped Strawberry Milk!
