Whiskey Sour with Ginger
- To make ginger syrup, combine granulated sugar, water, and ginger in a saucepan over medium. Stirring, bring to a boil. Boil for 5 minutes. Then, allow to cool to room temperature. Strain (use a spatula to squeeze solids). Discard ginger.
- In a shaker, combine the syrup (2 tbsp), ice, bourbon, juice, and egg white. Shake. Strain into a glass. Garnish with a lime wedge and cherry. Serve and enjoy your Whiskey Sour!
