DIRECTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 375° F (190° C).
- Beat eggs and milk. Add flour and stir.
- Divide the butter into the cups of a muffin tin. Place the muffin tin in the oven for 5 minutes. Remove from the oven. Divide the egg mixture among the muffin tin cups.
- Bake for 5 minutes. Then, reduce heat to 350° F (175° C). Bake for 25 minutes.
