DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat the oven to 375° F (190° C).
  2. Beat eggs and milk. Add flour and stir. 
  3. Divide the butter into the cups of a muffin tin. Place the muffin tin in the oven for 5 minutes. Remove from the oven. Divide the egg mixture among the muffin tin cups.
  4. Bake for 5 minutes. Then, reduce heat to 350° F (175° C). Bake for 25 minutes.
