DIRECTIONS
  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium. Cook garlic for 30 seconds, or until fragrant. Add zucchini. Add oregano. Cook for 10 minutes, or until tender. 
  2. Season with ground black pepper, salt, and red pepper. 
  3. Before serving, top with grated cheese. Enjoy!
