Lemon Shrimp Recipe: This super quick garlic and lemon shrimp is perfect for busy weeknights.
INGREDIENTS

Butter
2 tbsp
Olive oil
1 tbsp
Shrimp
1 lb, peeled and deveined
Lemon
1, sliced
Lemon juice
1 lemon
Garlic
3 cloves, minced
Crushed red pepper flakes
1 tsp
Salt
to taste
Dry white wine
2 tbsp
Parsley
chopped, for garnish
DIRECTIONS
- Melt butter (1 tbsp) and heat olive oil in a skillet over medium. Add shrimp, lemon, and red pepper. Season with salt to taste. Stirring, cook for 3 minutes on each side, or until pink.
- Remove the skillet from heat. Add butter (1 tbsp). Add juice and wine (or water). Season with salt to taste. Garnish with chopped parsley. Serve and enjoy your Lemon and Garlic Shrimp!
