INGREDIENTS
Servings: 6
All-purpose flour
3 cups
Seasoned salt
1 tbsp.
Garlic powder
1 tbsp.
Onion powder
1 tbsp.
Fresh coarsely ground black pepper
1 tbsp.
Eggs

Buttermilk
4 cups
BBQ sauce
1 cup
Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp.
Steak sauce
1 tbsp.
Whole chicken
1, cut into pieces
Frying oil
2 cups
DIRECTIONS
  1. Mix flour with all the dry spices and salt in a shallow dish.
  2. In medium bowl, beat eggs with buttermilk and the three sauces.
  3. Heat oil in a deep skillet to 375°F/190°C.
  4. Dip chicken into the buttermilk mixture, roll in flour mixture on all sides, repeat at least two times.
  5. Transfer coated chicken to the skillet. Fry in hot oil for 10 minutes per side or until golden. Transfer to a paper-towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
