This rich fried chicken is soaked in buttermilk and three sauces for additional flavor and coated in a spicy mix.
INGREDIENTS

All-purpose flour
3 cups
Seasoned salt
1 tbsp.
Garlic powder
1 tbsp.
Onion powder
1 tbsp.
Fresh coarsely ground black pepper
1 tbsp.
Eggs

Buttermilk
4 cups
BBQ sauce
1 cup
Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp.
Steak sauce
1 tbsp.
Whole chicken
1, cut into pieces
Frying oil
2 cups
DIRECTIONS
- Mix flour with all the dry spices and salt in a shallow dish.
- In medium bowl, beat eggs with buttermilk and the three sauces.
- Heat oil in a deep skillet to 375°F/190°C.
- Dip chicken into the buttermilk mixture, roll in flour mixture on all sides, repeat at least two times.
- Transfer coated chicken to the skillet. Fry in hot oil for 10 minutes per side or until golden. Transfer to a paper-towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
