Spicy Potatoes: This vegetarian dish is easy to make, done in just 30 minutes, and so deliciously spicy!
INGREDIENTS
Servings: 4
Potatoes
1 lb, peeled and cubed
Tomatoes
2, chopped
Onion
1, chopped
Ground turmeric
1/2 tsp
Ground cumin
1/4 tsp
Vegetable oil
1/4 cup
Salt
1 tsp
Cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp (or more to taste)
DIRECTIONS
- In a skillet, cook onion until lightly brown. Add salt, cayenne pepper, turmeric, and cumin. Stir. Add potatoes. Stirring, cook for about 10 minutes. Add tomatoes. Cover and continue cooking for 10 min more (until potatoes are soft). Enjoy your spicy potatoes!
