Chicken breast halves
4, skinless, boneless
Salt
to taste
Pepper
to taste
Mayonnaise
½ cup
Italian seasoned bread crumbs

DIRECTIONS
  1. Heat the oven to 425° F/220° C/Gas Mark 7.
  2. Prepare a shallow baking dish and grease it.
  3. Season the chicken with salt and pepper, coat with mayonnaise, and roll in bread crumbs.
  4. Place the breasts in the dish and bake for 30 minutes or until the juices run clear and the chicken is no longer pink in the center.
