Soaked in delicious juices, this slow cooked pork is extra tender!
INGREDIENTS
Servings: 6
Pork tenderloin
1 (2 lb)
Dry onion soup mix
1 (1 oz) envelope
Garlic
3 tbsps, minced
Soy sauce
3 tbsps
Ground black pepper
to taste
Water
1 cup
Red wine
3/4 cup
DIRECTIONS
- Place pork in the slow cooker. Add soup mix.
- Add water, red wine, and soy sauce. Turn the meat to coat. Spread minced garlic over the meat. Sprinkle with ground black pepper. Cover the slow cooker, and cook on LOW for 4 hours. Serve pork tenderloins with the cooking liquid. Enjoy!
