INGREDIENTS

Ground beef
1 lb.
All-purpose flour
¼ cup
Cube beef bouillon
1
Salt
3/4 tsp.
Freshly ground black pepper
1/8 tsp.
Garlic powder
1 tsp.
Onion powder
1 tsp.
Milk
2 ¼ cups
Worcestershire sauce
¼ tsp.
DIRECTIONS
- Cook ground beef in a nonstick skillet over medium high heat until fully browned.
- Sprinkle with flour and crushed bouillon cube, stir thoroughly to combine. Season with salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder. Cook stirring for 5 minutes.
- Heat the milk in a saucepan on the stovetop or microwave it in a microwave-safe bowl till almost boiling.
- Add heated milk in a thin streak while constantly stirring. Season with Worcestershire sauce. Bring to a simmer while still stirring and continue stirring until the meaty sauce thickens (about 7 minutes).
- Serve hot over white rice or pasta.
