These grilled beef skewers are so tender and juicy, they melt in your mouth!
INGREDIENTS
Servings: 6
Flank steak
1 1/2 lbs, cut into 1/4-inch slices
Hoisin sauce
3 tbsps
Sherry
3 tbsps
Garlic
2 cloves, minced
Fresh ginger root
1 tbsp, minced
Skewers
Soy sauce
1/4 cup
Barbeque sauce
1 tsp
Green onions
2, chopped
DIRECTIONS
- Mix hoisin sauce, sherry, soy sauce, BBQ sauce, chopped green onions, garlic cloves, and minced ginger root.
- Place beef slices in a resealable plastic bag. Pour the marinade over the meat. Mix well. Refrigerate at least 2 hours (or overnight for maximum effect).
- Preheat the grill for high heat. Oil the grate.
- Thread the beef on skewers. Grill for 3 min on each side. Serve and enjoy your Beef Skewers!
