Rice wine vinegar

Brown sugar 
3 tbsps
Fresh ginger root 
2 tbsps, minced
Garlic 
1 1/2 tbsps, minced
Green onions, chopped

Fresh cilantro 
1/2 cup, chopped
Green cabbage 
5 cups, sliced
Red cabbage 
2 cups, sliced
Napa cabbage 
2 cups, shredded
Red bell peppers, thinly sliced 
2, thinly sliced
Carrots
2, julienned
Vegetable oil 
6 tbsps
Creamy peanut butter 
5 tbsps
Soy sauce 
3 tbsps
DIRECTIONS
  1. Whisk together rice vinegar, soy sauce, brown sugar, minced ginger root, oil, peanut butter, and minced garlic in a bowl.
  2. Mix sliced green cabbage, red cabbage, shredded napa cabbage, carrots, green onions, sliced red bell peppers, and chopped fresh cilantro in a separate bowl. Before serving, toss with the rice vinegar mixture. Enjoy your Asian Coleslaw!
