INGREDIENTS
Servings: 8
Salt
1 tbsp.
Freshly ground black pepper
1 tbsp.
Dried parsley
2 tsp.
Dried oregano
2 tsp.
Beef pot roast
2 lb.
Potatoes, roughly cut 
4
Baby carrots or roughly chopped carrots
2 cups
Tomato, roughly chopped 
1
Yellow onion, large diced 
 ½
Tomato sauce
1 can (6.5 oz.)
Water
1/2 cup
DIRECTIONS
  1. Brown the pot roast in a skillet over medium-high heat. Transfer meat to the slow cooker pot.
  2. Season with salt, pepper, and herbsl; mix to evenly coat the beef.
  3. Add vegetables to the top (on top of the beef).
  4. Top with tomato sauce and water.
  5. Cook on HIGH for 4 hours.
