Easy and hearty slow cooker Roast Dinner that tastes like home!
INGREDIENTS

Freshly ground black pepper

Dried parsley
2 tsp.
Dried oregano
2 tsp.
Beef pot roast
2 lb.
Potatoes, roughly cut
4
Baby carrots or roughly chopped carrots
2 cups
Tomato, roughly chopped

Yellow onion, large diced
½
Tomato sauce
1 can (6.5 oz.)
Water
1/2 cup
DIRECTIONS
- Brown the pot roast in a skillet over medium-high heat. Transfer meat to the slow cooker pot.
- Season with salt, pepper, and herbsl; mix to evenly coat the beef.
- Add vegetables to the top (on top of the beef).
- Top with tomato sauce and water.
- Cook on HIGH for 4 hours.
