INGREDIENTS

Bread
18 slices
Butter
4 tbsp.
Cheddar cheese
9 slices
DIRECTIONS
- Heat the oven to 450° F/230° C/Gas Mark 8.
- Butter one side of each slice of bread and place them all on a baking sheet, butter-side down.
- Place cheese on every slice.
- Spread butter on the rest of the bread slices and put them on top of the cheese, buttered-side up.
- Bake for 6 to 8 minutes, then flip them and bake for 6 to 8 minutes more or until they become golden brown.
