Beef broth

Boneless pork ribs

Barbecue sauce

DIRECTIONS
- Pour beef broth into the slow cooker pot. Add pork ribs.
- Set slow cooker to high and cook for 4 hours, or more if needed for the meat to become tender.
- Turn the oven to pre-heat to 350°F/180°C/Gas Mark 4.
- Meanwhile, use two forks to shred the pork off the bones.
- Mix shredded pork with bbq sauce. Place the mixture into an oven-proof skillet.
