INGREDIENTS

Beef broth
14 oz
Boneless pork ribs
3 lb
Barbecue sauce
18 oz (1 bottle)
DIRECTIONS
  1. Pour beef broth into the slow cooker pot. Add pork ribs.
  2. Set slow cooker to high and cook for 4 hours, or more if needed for the meat to become tender.
  3. Turn the oven to pre-heat to 350°F/180°C/Gas Mark 4.
  4. Meanwhile, use two forks to shred the pork off the bones.
  5. Mix shredded pork with bbq sauce. Place the mixture into an oven-proof skillet.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes to heat the sauce and the meat through.
