This great BLT salad is ready in just 25 minutes! Serve with any main dish!
INGREDIENTS
Servings: 6
Bacon
1 lb
Romaine lettuce
1 head, rinsed, dried and shredded
Tomatoes
2, chopped
Seasoned croutons
2 cups
Mayonnaise
3/4 cup
Milk
1/4 cup
Ground black pepper
1/8 tsp
Salt
to taste
Garlic powder
1 tsp
DIRECTIONS
- Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium-high heat until evenly browned. Drain and crumble.
- Combine mayo, garlic powder, milk, and pepper in a food processor. Blend. Add salt.
- In a salad bowl, combine lettuce, bacon, tomatoes, and croutons. Toss with the mayo mixture. Serve and enjoy your BLT Salad!
