INGREDIENTS

Pillsbury refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
1 (8 oz.) can
Bacon
8 slices, crispy cooked and crumbled
4 eggs, scrambled
Cheddar cheese
½ cup, finely shredded
1 egg, beaten
Cracked black pepper
1 tbsp.
DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat oven to 350° F/ 175° C/ Gas Mark 4. Unroll the dough on the work surface and separate it into triangles.
  2. Put bacon, scrambled eggs, and cheese on top of each triangle. Roll up loosely as it is recommended on the can. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and curve to form a crescent shape. Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with pepper.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven for 18 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
