Satisfying and yummy, these bacon muffins are perfect for breakfast or lunch!
INGREDIENTS

Bacon
6 slices
All-purpose flour
2 cups
White sugar
1 1/2 tbsps
Baking powder
2 tsps
Salt
1/4 tsp
Egg
1, beaten
Milk
1/2 cup
Vegetable oil
1/2 cup
Condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup
Garlic powder
1 1/2 tsps
Dried chives
4 tsps
Parmesan cheese
1/3 cup, grated
Cheddar cheese
1 cup, shredded
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 400° F (200° C). Prepare 12 muffin cups by greasing them.
- Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium-high heat until brown. Drain and crumble.
- Combine all-purpose flour, baking powder, white sugar, salt, garlic powder, chives, Parmesan, cheddar, and bacon in a bowl.
- In another bowl, combine beaten egg, milk, mushroom soup, and oil. Stir the egg mixture into the flour mixture until moistened. Spoon into the muffin pans.
- Bake for 20 minutes. Use a toothpick to check for doneness: insert it in the center and see if it comes out clean. Enjoy your Bacon Muffins!
