INGREDIENTS

Bacon 
6 slices
All-purpose flour 
2 cups
White sugar 
1 1/2 tbsps
Baking powder 
2 tsps
Salt 
1/4 tsp
Egg 
1, beaten
Milk 
1/2 cup
Vegetable oil 
1/2 cup
Condensed cream of mushroom soup 
1/2 cup
Garlic powder 
1 1/2 tsps
Dried chives 
4 tsps
Parmesan cheese 
1/3 cup, grated
Cheddar cheese 
1 cup, shredded
DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat the oven to 400° F (200° C). Prepare 12 muffin cups by greasing them. 
  2. Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium-high heat until brown. Drain and crumble. 
  3. Combine all-purpose flour, baking powder, white sugar, salt, garlic powder, chives, Parmesan, cheddar, and bacon in a bowl.
  4. In another bowl, combine beaten egg, milk, mushroom soup, and oil. Stir the egg mixture into the flour mixture until moistened. Spoon into the muffin pans.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes. Use a toothpick to check for doneness: insert it in the center and see if it comes out clean. Enjoy your Bacon Muffins!
