This flavorful pasta salad will warm up your heart and become a wonderful dinner part!
INGREDIENTS
Servings: 10
Rotini pasta
1 (12 oz.) package
Bacon
10 slices
Mayonnaise
1 cup
Dry ranch salad dressing mix
3 tbsp.
Garlic powder
¼ tsp.
Garlic pepper
½ tsp.
Milk
½ cup or as needed
Tomato
1, large
Black olives
1 (4.25 oz.) can, sliced
Sharp Cheddar cheese
1 cup, shredded
DIRECTIONS
- Add water to a large pot and season it with salt. Bring to a boil and cook for about 8 minutes until tender yet firm. Drain.
- Cook bacon in a skillet over a medium-high heat, drain, chop.
- Combine the next 4 ingredients (from mayonnaise to garlic pepper) in a large bowl. Add milk and stir well, then add all the remaining ingredients (from rotini to cheese) and toss to coat.
- Cover a store in the fridge for 1 hour or more.
- If the salad seems too dry, add some extra milk. Serve.
