This chicken dip is equally great for Super Bowl parties and your weekend cookouts!
INGREDIENTS

Rotisserie chicken
3 cups, cooked, diced
Cream cheese
2 (8 oz.) packages, softened
Hot pepper sauce
¾ cup
Pepper Jack cheese
½ cup, shredded
Blue cheese dressing
½ cup
Crumbled blue cheese
½ cup
Seafood seasoning
½ tsp.
Cayenne pepper
1 pinch, or to taste
Pepper Jack cheese
2 tbsp., shredded
Cayenne pepper
1 pinch, for garnish
DIRECTIONS
- Heat oven to 400° F/200° C/Gas Mark 6.
- Combine all but the last two ingredients (from chicken to cayenne pepper) in a large bowl, transfer the mixture to a 9-inch round baking pan and sprinkle with the rest of pepper Jack cheese.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until the dish is lightly browned.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with the rest of cayenne pepper.
