The easiest recipe for crispy haddock fillets! Can be made with any white fish you prefer.
INGREDIENTS
Servings: 4
Milk
3/4 cup
Ground dried thyme
1/4 tsp
Haddock
4 fillets
Butter
1/4 cup, melted
Salt
2 tsps
Bread crumbs
3/4 cup
Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup, grated
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 500° F (260° C).
- Pour milk in a bowl. Add salt.
- Mix bread crumbs, Parmesan, and thyme in a separate bowl. Dip the white fish fillets in the milk mixture. Press the fillets into the crumb mixture. Drizzle the fish with butter.
- Bake the haddock fillets on the top rack for 15 min, until flakes easily. Serve and enjoy!
