INGREDIENTS
Servings: 4
Milk 
1 cup
Eggs 
8
Seasoned salt 
1/2 tsp
Cooked ham 
3 oz, diced
Cheddar 
1/2 cup, shredded
Mozzarella 
1/2 cup, shredded
Dried onion 
1 tbsp, minced
DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat the oven to 350° F (180° C/Gas mark 4). Grease an 8x8-inch dish. 
  2. In a bowl, beat together milk and eggs. Add salt, cooked ham, cheeses, and onion. Pour into the dish. 
  3. Bake for 40 minutes. Serve and enjoy your Baked Omelet!
