Salmon
4 (4 oz.) fillets
Dijon-style mustard
3 tbsp., prepared
Salt
to taste
Pepper
to taste
Italian style dry bread crumbs
¼ cup
Butter
¼ cup, melted
DIRECTIONS
- Heat the oven to 400° F/200° C/Gas Mark 6.
- Prepare a shallow baking dish and line it with aluminum foil.
- Put salmon fillets on foil, skin side down.
- Cover each fillet with a thin layer of mustard and season them with salt and pepper.
- Top fillets with bread crumbs and drizzle with butter.
- Bake for about 15 minutes or until you can flake the fillets easily with a fork.
