These all-natural baked salmon fillets cooked in foil with Dijon-style mustard and bread crumbs and topped with butter will become a true delight for your family!

INGREDIENTS
Servings: 4
Salmon
4 (4 oz.) fillets
Dijon-style mustard
3 tbsp., prepared
Salt
to taste
Pepper
to taste
Italian style dry bread crumbs
¼ cup
Butter
¼ cup, melted
DIRECTIONS
  1. Heat the oven to 400° F/200° C/Gas Mark 6.
  2. Prepare a shallow baking dish and line it with aluminum foil.
  3. Put salmon fillets on foil, skin side down.
  4. Cover each fillet with a thin layer of mustard and season them with salt and pepper.
  5. Top fillets with bread crumbs and drizzle with butter.
  6. Bake for about 15 minutes or until you can flake the fillets easily with a fork.
