INGREDIENTS

Garlic
2 cloves, minced
Olive oil
6 tbsp., light
Dried basil
1 tsp.
Salt
1 tsp.
Black pepper
1 tsp.
Lemon juice
1 tbsp.
Fresh parsley
1 tbsp., chopped
Salmon
2 (6 oz.) fillets
DIRECTIONS
- Mix all the ingredients but salmon fillets in a medium-sized glass bowl to prepare marinade.
- Place salmon in another dish, cover with marinade, and keep in the fridge for 1 hour, turning occasionally.
- Heat the oven to 375° F/190° C/Gas Mark 5.
- Wrap salmon fillets in aluminum foil, cover with marinade, and seal. Put in the glass dish and bake for 35 to 45 minutes or until the fish is easily flaked with a fork.
