INGREDIENTS

Pork chops

Soy sauce
1/2 cup
Ground black pepper
1/2 tsps
Vegetable oil
1 tsp
Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp
Garlic
4 cloves, minced
Lemon juice
2 tbsps
DIRECTIONS
- Combine soy sauce, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, juice, black pepper, and oil in a dish. Add pork chops to the dish and turn to coat.
- Refrigerate, covered, for 1 hour or more.
- Preheat oven to 375° F (190° C). Put pork chops in a roasting pan. Bake for 40 minutes, basting the pork chops often with marinade. Enjoy your Lemon Chops with Soy Sauce!
