Try this amazing Italian-American comfort dish made from all kinds of cheeses!
INGREDIENTS

Ziti pasta, dry

Onion, chopped

Sour cream
1 1/2 cups
Mozzarella cheese, shredded

Parmesan cheese, grated
2 tbsps
Lean ground beef
1 lb
Spaghetti sauce
2 (26 oz) jars
Provolone cheese, sliced
6 oz
DIRECTIONS
- Pour water in a large pot. Salt it and bring to a boil. Add pasta and cook about 8 minutes. Drain.
- Cook onion and beef over medium heat in a large skillet until brown. Add sauce and simmer for about 15 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 350° F (175° C).
- Butter a 9x13-inch baking dish and layer it like this: 1/2 of pasta, Provolone cheese, sour cream, 1/2 sauce, more ziti, mozzarella cheese, and more sauce. Top with Parmesan. Bake for about half an hour. Serve.
