Shredded Parmesan cheese

Garlic, minced
2 cloves
Balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp.
Olive oil
1 tsp.
Kosher salt
1/4 tsp.
Freshly ground black pepper
1/4 tsp.
French bread, toasted and sliced
1 loaf
DIRECTIONS
- In a bowl, mix together tomatoes, Parmesan cheese, basil, and garlic. Mix in balsamic vinegar, olive oil, kosher salt, and pepper. Serve on toasted bread slices.
