INGREDIENTS

White sugar 
 1/4 cup
Ground cinnamon 
 1 tsp
Butter 
 3/4 cup
White sugar 
 3 cups
Eggs

Ripe bananas, mashed

Sour cream 
 1 (16 ounce) container
Vanilla extract 
 2 tsps
Ground cinnamon 
 2 tsps
Salt 
 1/2 tsp
Baking soda 
 3 tsps
All-purpose flour 
 4 1/2 cups
Walnuts, chopped
 1 cup
DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat the oven to 300° F. Grease 4 7x3-inch loaf pans. Mix 1/4 cup white sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon in a small bowl. Dust the greased loaf pans lightly with cinnamon mixture.
  2. Cream butter and 3 cups sugar in a large bowl.  Add eggs, mashed bananas, sour cream, vanilla, salt, cinnamon, baking soda, and flour. Stir in nuts. Mix well. Divide the mixture into the pans. 
  3. Bake for 1 hour.
