This is a dessert made from bananas and vanilla ice cream, with a flavorful rum sauce!

INGREDIENTS

Servings: 4

Bananas

3, peeled and sliced lengthwise and crosswise

Walnuts

1/4 cup, coarsely chopped

Vanilla ice cream

1 pint

Butter

1/4 cup

Dark brown sugar

2/3 cup

Rum

3 1/2 tbsps

Vanilla extract

1 1/2 tsps

Ground cinnamon

1/2 tsp

DIRECTIONS

Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add sugar, rum, vanilla, and cinnamon. When the mixture starts bubbling, add bananas and walnuts. Cook for about 1 minute. Serve with ice cream.
