INGREDIENTS

Vegetable oil
2 tbsp.
Garlic
2 cloves, chopped
Ground beef
½ lb.
Cabbage
½ small head, shredded
1 red bell pepper, cut into strips
Soy sauce
2 tbsp.
Cornstarch
1 tsp.
Cold water
½ cup
Ground black pepper
1 tsp., or to taste
Salt
to taste, optional
DIRECTIONS
- Prepare a wok or a large skillet and heat it over a medium-high heat. Add oil and garlic and sauté it for 5 seconds, the add beef.
- Stir-fry beef until meat is brown and drain the excess fat.
- Add cabbage and pepper, stir gently, and cook until beef is ready and vegetables are tender.
- Add soy sauce, cornstarch, and water and stir well. Season the dish with salt and pepper.
