This bourbon chicken is easy to make and absolutely mouthwatering!
INGREDIENTS

Skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

Packed brown sugar
1/2 cup
Bourbon
3/8 cup
Garlic powder
1/2 tsp
Ground ginger
1 tsp
Soy sauce
4 oz
Dried minced onion
2 tbsps
DIRECTIONS
- Place the chicken in a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Mix ground ginger, soy sauce, onion, brown sugar, bourbon, and garlic powder in a bowl. Pour over the chicken. Cover. Marinate in the refrigerator overnight.
- Preheat the oven to 325° F (165° C).
- Basting often, bake for 1 1/2 hours, or until well browned). Enjoy Bourbon Chicken!
