Skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

Finely chopped pecans
1/2 cup
Dry bread crumbs
1/2 cup
Clarified butter, melted
1/4 cup
Dijon mustard
1/4 cup
Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp
Unsalted butter, chilled and cut into small cubes
3/4 cup
Sliced green onions
1/2 cup
Dark brown sugar
1/4 cup
Bourbon whiskey
2 2/3 tbsps
Soy sauce
2 tbsps
DIRECTIONS

Combine pecans, bread crumbs, and 2 tablespoons of clarified butter in a bowl. Spread out on a plate and press chicken into the pecan mixture to coat.

In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of clarified butter over medium heat. Add chicken and fry about 10 minutes per side.

Combine mustard, brown sugar, bourbon, soy sauce, and Worcestershire sauce in a small saucepan. Bring it to a simmer, remove from heat, and whisk in 3/4 cup of unsalted butter.

Place chicken on a serving plate and pour the sauce over it. Sprinkle the chicken breast with green onion. Serve.
