Instead of buying beef brisket, cook its easy and tender variant yourself!
INGREDIENTS

Beef brisket
4 lbs., lean
Liquid smoke flavoring
2 tbsp.
Onion salt
1 tbsp.
Garlic salt
1 tbsp.
Brown sugar
1 ½ tbsp..
Ketchup
1 cup
Butter
3 tbsp.
Water
¼ cup
Celery salt
½ tsp.
Liquid smoke flavoring
1 tbsp.
Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp.
Mustard powder
1 ½ tsp.
Salt
to taste
Pepper
to taste
DIRECTIONS
- Pour the liquid smoke over the brisket and rub it with onion and garlic salts.
- Pack brisket in foil and keep it in the fridge overnight.
- Heat the oven to 300° F/150° C/Gas Mark 2.
- Put the brisket in a baking dish, cover, and bake for 5 to 6 hours.
- Remove from the oven, cool, slice, and place the slices in the dish again.
- Combine all the remaining ingredients (from brown sugar to pepper) in a medium-sized saucepan, stir, and bring the mixture to a boil over a medium heat, stirring.
- Pour the sauce over the beef slices, cover, and bake for 1 more hour.
