This beef with broccoli and mushrooms tastes just like take-out!
INGREDIENTS

Fat-free Italian dressing
2 tbsps
Cornstarch
1 tsp
Garlic
1 tbsp, minced
Fresh mushrooms
1 cup, sliced
Green onion
1/2 cup, sliced
Broccoli
1 lb, separated into florets
Ground ginger
1 tsp
Round steak
3/4 lb, cut into strips
Water
6 cups
Beef bouillon
5 cubes
Linguine pasta
4 oz (optional)
Fat-free beef broth
1/2 cup
Low-sodium soy sauce
2 tbsps
DIRECTIONS
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, cornstarch, Italian dressing, garlic, and ginger. Place the meat in the mixture for 15 min.
- Meanwhile, pour water in a large saucepan. Add bouillon cubes. Bring to a boil. Add pasta. Cook until al dente. Drain.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Remove the meat from the marinade. Place it in the skillet.
- Stirring often, cook beef for 2 minutes until browned. Add broth, mushrooms, and green onions. Reduce heat to medium-low. Covered, simmer for 5 minutes. Add broccoli. Continue cooking until broccoli is tender but crisp. Add pasta and toss. Serve and enjoy your beef and broccoli!
