Breakfast: Broiled Grapefruit
INGREDIENTS
Servings: 8
4 grapefruits
Cinnamon
1 tbsp, ground
White sugar
1 tbsp
Butter
4 tbsp
DIRECTIONS
- Turn on your broiler to preheat the oven.
- Cut the grapefruits into halves, then take out sections and juice them into a bowl. It’s better to do it one half by one. Scrape out thick skin and pulp from the halves. Put the sections back into the halves.
- Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon on top of every half. Put a little butter on top.
- Put the halves on a cookie sheet. Broil for up to 5 minutes, until the butter is melted and sugar starts to get brown.
