INGREDIENTS
Servings: 8
4 grapefruits
Cinnamon
1 tbsp, ground
White sugar
1 tbsp
Butter
4 tbsp
DIRECTIONS
  1. Turn on your broiler to preheat the oven.
  2. Cut the grapefruits into halves, then take out sections and juice them into a bowl. It’s better to do it one half by one. Scrape out thick skin and pulp from the halves. Put the sections back into the halves.
  3. Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon on top of every half. Put a little butter on top.
  4. Put the halves on a cookie sheet. Broil for up to 5 minutes, until the butter is melted and sugar starts to get brown.
