This easy and tasty meatloaf variation tastes just as good as it smells!

INGREDIENTS
Servings: 8
Packed brown sugar
½ cup
Ketchup
½ cup
Lean ground beef
1 ½ lbs.
Milk
¾ cup
2 eggs
Salt
1 ½ tsp.
Ground black pepper
¼ tsp.
1 small onion, chopped
Ground ginger
¼ tsp.
Saltine cracker crumbs
¾ cups, finely crushed
DIRECTIONS
  1. Heat the oven to 350° F/175° C/ Gas Mark 4.
  2. Grease a 5x9 inch loaf pan lightly.
  3. Press sugar in the bottom of the pan and spread the ketchup over the sugar.
  4. Mix all the remaining ingredients (from beef to crumbs) and shape them into a loaf.
  5. Put it on top of the ketchup.
  6. Bake for 1 hour or until the juices run clear.
