Prepare this baked version of a popular appetizer for your indoor or outdoor party!
INGREDIENTS

Chicken breast halves
4, skinless, boneless, cut into finger-sized pieces
All-purpose flour
¼ cup
Garlic powder
1 tsp.
Cayenne pepper
1 tsp.
Salt
½ tsp.
Bread crumbs
¾ cup
Egg whites
2, beaten
Water
1 tbsp.
DIRECTIONS
- Heat the oven to 400° F/200° C/Gas Mark 6.
- Prepare a baking sheet and spray it with a nonstick spray.
- Take a bag, add flour to it, and then add half of garlic powder, cayenne pepper, and salt.
- On a separate plate, combine breadcrumbs and the remaining part of garlic powder, cayenne pepper, and salt.
- Add the flour with spices to the chicken pieces and shake well.
- Beat water with egg whites and place the mix in a shallow bowl.
- Dip the chicken pieces in the egg mix and then roll them in the bread crumb mix. Put the coated pieces on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 8 minutes, then turn over with tongs and bake for another 8 minutes or until the juices run clear.
