Liquid smoke flavoring
1/2 tsp
Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsps
BBQ sauce
1 1/2 cups
Thyme leaves
1 tbsp, dried
Paprika
1 tbsp
Freshly ground black pepper
2 tsps
Salt
2 tsps
Onion powder
1 tsp
Garlic powder
1/2 tsp
Cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp
Beef brisket
3 lbs
Ground cumin
1/2 tsp
DIRECTIONS
- Trim excess fat from the meat.
- In a small bowl, combine thyme, paprika, garlic powder, cayenne, pepper, salt, onion powder, and cumin.
- Rub the meat with liquid smoke flavoring. Rub the meat with the spice mixture.
- Pour Worcestershire sauce and BBQ sauce into the slow cooker. Place the meat on top. Cook on LOW for 8 hours (check for doneness with a fork). Serve and enjoy your BBQ Brisket!
