Scrumptious Buttermilk Pancakes

Cooked with fresh buttermilk, these pancakes will surely be one of the lightest and fluffiest pancakes you’ve ever prepared!

INGREDIENTS
Servings: 12
All-purpose flour
3 cups
White sugar
3 tbsp.
Baking powder
3 tsp.
Baking soda
1 ½ tsp.
Salt
¾ tsp.
Buttermilk
3 cups
Milk
½ cup
Eggs
3
Butter
1/3 cup, melted
DIRECTIONS
  1. Combine the first five ingredients in a large bowl and stir well.
  2. In another bowl, beat together all the remaining ingredients (from buttermilk to butter). Keep the mixtures separate.
  3. Lightly oil a griddle or a frying pan and heat it over a medium high heat.
  4. Combine the two mixtures pouring the wet one into the dry one. Blend with a wooden spoon or a fork and stir until it’s blended together.
  5. Scoop the batter on the griddle taking about ½ cup for each pancake.
  6. Brown the pancakes on both sides and serve while hot.
